摘　　要：从技术理性到政治理性是21世纪初我国高职教育政策范式变迁的主要轨迹。我国高职教育政策从跨越阶段的技术理性大行其道,到转型阶段的技术理性向政治理性过渡,直至提升阶段的政治理性主导,无不显示出这种政策变迁趋势。加大政治理性要素是未来我国高职教育政策制定的关键。From technical rationality to political rationality is the main locus of policy paradigm changing of China＇s higher vocational education in the 21st century. In the first stage, the technical rationality is popular in the policy making; in the second stage, there is the transition from technical rationality to political rationality; in the third stage, there is the trend of political rationality-led. Increasing political rationality is the key to policy making of higher vocational education.
