摘  要:羽绒种类纯正与否以及有无异味是影响羽绒品质的2个重要因素。为了准确、快速地鉴定羽绒种类,利用近红外光谱技术建立了一种无损快速鉴别羽绒种类的模型。同时,结合GC-MS技术鉴定分析了不同羽绒浸出物中特征气味成分。近红外光谱显示,4种羽绒的反射率在12 000~4 000 cm-1之间的变化趋势较相近,且特征波段的出峰位置大体相同,表明近红外光谱法是一种快速、高效并可用于羽绒种类鉴别的方法。另外,GC-MS检测结果显示,羧酸类化合物和内酯类化合物为羽绒浸出物中的主要成分,为进一步分析和鉴定羽绒中气味成分提供了理论依据。Quality control for down depends mainly on the species and peculiar odor. To establish a quick and exact identification for the clown species, near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy technology was employed. Though analyzing the near-infrared diffuse reflection spectra, the recognition model of down species was set up. At the same time, extracts from different down were measured for detection of inherent odor by using the Gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy (GC-MS) analysis. The NIR results showed that the mean spectra of 4 down species were in the NIR range of 12 000 to 4 000 cm^-l, suggesting that the feasibility of using near infrared spectroscopy for rapid and exact identification of down species. In addition, GC-MS detection indicated that Carboxylic acids and Lactones are main components in the extracts. This study provides theoretial basis for further investigation on down odor ingredients.
