摘 要:基于位置控制的伺服系统定位精度高、动作响应慢,基于速度控制的伺服系统响应性能好,但易产生位置超调定位精度差。针对这种采用单一控制结构难以满足经编机高速电子横移高精度和高响应双重控制要求的问题,提出一种变结构控制策略,即根据当前的主轴转速和垫纱数码,利用速度控制的高频响应特性启动梳栉,利用位置控制的高精度定位特性停止梳栉,将速度控制和位置控制实时组合到一次横移运动中予以动态切换,用远离槽针处电动机速度的快速调整获取后续较短的定位整定时间,用动态的变结构控制来保证系统对快速响应和精确定位的同步要求。通过在DSP系统上编写算法进行测试验证,该动态变结构控制策略能很好地改善经编机高速电子横移的控制效果。Servo system based on the position control achieves higher precision, but action response is slow, and servo system based on the speed control has good response performance, but is easy to produce position overshoot, and its positioning accuracy is poor. Because the single control structure is difficult to meet the requirements of high speed and high precision electronic shogging control on warp knitting machine, this paper proposes a kind of variable structure control strategy, that is, based on the rotarion speed of the main shaft and lapping number, the high frequency response characteristics of the speed control is utilized to start the guide bar and, the high precision positioning properties of the position control is used to stop the guide bar, real-time combining the speed control with position control in one shogging motion to conduct dynamic switching; the quick adjustment of motor speed far from the slot needle acquires the subsequent shorter positioning setting time; and the dynamic real-time variable structure control can ensure that the rapid response and precise positioning of the system is synchronous. The test of written algorithm on DSP system has proven that the dynamic variable structure control strategy can well improve the control performance of high-speed electronic shogging on warp knitting machine.
