摘　　要：人才家属馆员目前已成为高校图书馆不可忽视的一类群体。了解他们的组织归属感特点,有利于调动他们的工作积极性,提高他们的工作质量和效率。本文对组织归属感概念和对引进人才家属馆员群体心理特点等进行了分析,为图书馆的管理工作和人事工作提供借鉴。Now the family member librarians of introduced talents have become a special group that can not be ignored. To explore the characters of their organizational attachment can evoke their working enthusiasm and promote their working efficiency. This paper analyzed the concepts of organizational attachment and the mental characters of the family member librarians of introduced talents, in order to provide some references for library man- agement and personnel work.
