摘　　要：目的:了解医学生本科毕业生基层就业意愿及其影响因素,为高校相关部门指导毕业生就业提供科学依据。方法:采取普查的方法对昆明医科大学的2011届893名毕业生进行匿名自填式问卷调查,用EPIDATA软件进行录入,SPSS软件进行统计分析,用描述性分析及多元线性回归的方法进行数据分析。此外,访谈了就业办老师。结果:只有240名毕业生(27.8%)愿意到基层就业,分析原因得到基层医疗机构存在"职业发展前景不佳、工资低"等劣势。经多重线性回归分析,临床专业、家庭收入低、就业帮助多、就业政策知晓多,的学生更愿意到基层就业,其P<0.05。结论:本校医学本科毕业生的基层意愿较低,建议加强基层医疗机构的建设、提高对贫困学生的补助,加大学校就业指导工作力度,对解决医学生就业具有重大意义。Objective To provide scientific evidence for guiding students＇ employment by relevant departments through inves- tigating the employment intentions and influencing factors of medical undergraduates. Methods Census by anonymous self-adminis- tered questionnaires was given to the 2011 graduates from Kunming medical university. Descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data with software named EPIDATA and SPSS, meanwhile college graduates place- ment administration was interviewed. Results Only 240（ 27.8% ）graduates would like to work in basic-level medical organization. The reason why was that career development foreground of the basic-level was bad and low wages. The multiple linear regression analysis showed that clinical professional,lower income, more employment guidance, more policy graduates were trend to work in basic-level medical organization. Conclusions Medical undergraduates remained hesitant about working in basic-level medical or- ganizations. It is important to develop basic-level medical organizations service qualities and pay more attention to the employment guidance in medical school which can help students cultivate proper views of employment, which is significant to solve medical graduates ,employment problems.
