摘　　要：创业资源是影响新创企业生存和发展的重要因素。通过整合资源基础论、资源依赖理论和社会资本理论。本文从演化和动态的视角考察了社会资本对创业企业资源获取的作用机制,利用中国创业动态跟踪调查项目(CPSED)的调研数据,实证发现不同类型的社会资本有助于新企业获取不同类型的创业资源,与处于筹备状态的创业企业相比,已成功步入运营阶段的创业企业无论是在社会资本水平,还是在社会资本对资源获取的驱动效应上都要显著更高。研究结论对我国新创企业应如何根据所处的不同发展阶段来科学构建关系、结构和认知社会资本并获取创业资源有着重要的管理实践启示,也深化了有关社会资本与创业企业成长关系的理论研究成果。Entrepreneurial resource is the important factor that affects the survival and development of new enterprises.This paper investigates the role of social capital in entrepreneurial forms’ resource acquisition from the perspective of evolution and dynamics by integrating resource-based theory,resource dependence theory and social capital theory.By using the research data of CPSED,the positive analysis finds that different kinds of social capital is conductive for the new enterprises to acquire different types of entrepreneurial resources.In comparison with the entrepreneurial firms that are being prepared,the level of social capital and the driving effect of social capital on resource acquisition are significant for the entrepreneurial firms that have entered the operation stage successfully.The research conclusion has important management practice enlightenment for how Chinese new enterprises restructure relationship and structure,know social capital and acquire entrepreneurial resources according to different development stages and also deepens the research results of the theory on the relationship between social capital and the growth of entrepreneurial firms.
