摘  要:目的 了解保健食品消费者的保健食品知识和态度。方法 以分层随机法抽取广东省2 1个大中城市中的 5个 ,各市按大中型商场、小食品商店、药店 1∶2∶2的比例抽取 5个保健食品销售点 ,对进店购买保健食品者进行问卷调查。结果 在随机抽取的 80 2名对象中 ,4 0岁以下和大学文化以上的消费者分别占 59 4 %、3 2 8% ,后者的保健食品知识得分为 8 0 6± 1 99,高于其它群体 ;为本人、为家庭成员和为送礼而购买保健食品的比例分别是 63 %、86 4 %和 1 9 3 % ;83 7%消费者认为保健食品市场管理不严、甚至管理混乱。结论 消费者的保健食品知识、年龄、受教育程度及对保健食品市场管理状况的信心等多种因素影响认购该类食品的行为。Objective To know the consumers' health food knowledge and attitudes.Methods Five cities were selected from 21 large/moderate cities by stratified sampling in Guangdong and five health food stores were selected in each chosen city.Consumers shopping health food in the store were randomly required to fill Health Food Questionnaire.Results Among 802 consumers 59.4% were under age 40 and 32.8% had college education.The health food knowledge scores of consumers who received college education were 8.06±1.99,higher than other groups.The proportions of purchasing health food for themselves,family members and gifts were 63%、86.4% and 19.3%respectively.83.7% consumers considered that health food management were loose or even out of order.Conclusions Health food knowledge,age, education level and confidence in the management measures for health food were important factors that affected the consumers' behaviors toward health food.
