不同猪粪渣添加量对竹荪中各类氨基酸含量的效应分析

摘  要:应用多元统计成分分析法,对不同猪粪渣添加量栽培的竹荪中各类氨基酸总量的7个主要指标进行了主成分分析,结果表明:竹荪的鲜味氨基酸总量与甜味氨基酸总量、支链氨基酸总量、儿童氨基酸总量和必需氨基酸总量呈极显著正相关;甜味氨基酸总量与支链氨基酸总量、儿童氨基酸总量和必需氨基酸总量呈极显著正相关;支链氨基酸总量与儿童氨基酸总量和必需氨基酸总量呈极显著正相关;芳香族氨基酸总量与必需氨基酸总量呈极显著正相关;儿童氨基酸总量与必需氨基酸总量呈极显著正相关。主成分分析结果表明,原7个各类氨基酸含量指标综合为2个主成分,即综合效应因子及硫氨基酸总量效应因子,其累积贡献率可达99.81%。根据主成分方程计算出各处理的主成分得分和综合得分,排序第一的为猪粪渣用量为30%的处理。By using multivariate statistical component analysis, a principal component analysis of seven major indexes in total amino - acid contents of Dictyophora indusiata fruit-bodies cultured with different amounts of pig manure was conducted. The results showed that there were the extremely obvious positive correlations between the content of tasty amino acids with sweet amino acid, as well as the content of branched chain amino acid, children amino acid and essential amino acid; there were the extremely obvious positive correlations between the content of sweet amino acid with branched chain amino acid, children amino acid and essential amino acid; there were the extremely obvious positive correlations between the content of branched chain amino acid with children amino acid and essential amino acid; there were the extremely obvious positive correlations between the content of aromatic amino acid with essential amino acid; there were the extremely obvious positive correlations between the content of children amino acid with essential amino acid. The principal component analysis showed that, the content of the above seven amino acids could be composited into two principal components, i.e. comprehensive effecting fac- tor and sulfur amino acid effecting factor, whose accumulative contribution rate could amount to 99.81%. The cores of prin- ciple components and comprehensive factor in the treatments adding different amount of pig residues were calculated accord- ing to formula of principle components, in which the first one was the treatment B3. So B3 was a better treatment.
