摘 要:本文通过大量相关文献资料收集、专家访谈以及问卷调查等方法,对现阶段重庆市高校特殊体育教育现状调查研究,并从课程内容、目标、教学模式等几个方面对课程结构进行深入思考.提出:以适应和发展特殊需要学生个体水平的身体练习为主要内容,通过适应性体育教学模式和学生积极的运动体验,达到其主动调适生理、心理、社会三维的健康和谐状态,以期寻求特殊需要学生身心发展的最大值.In this paper, through a number of literature data collection, expert interview and questionnaire research, the present chongqing university special sports education present situation investigation and study, and from the course content, goal, teaching mode and so on several aspects of the course structure are deeply thinking. Put forward: to adapt to and develop special needs students individual level of physical exercises as the main content, through the adaptive sports teaching mode and students' sports experience, achieve its active adjustment physiological, psychological, and social three-dimensional health harmonious state, in order to seek special need studentst physical and mental development of maximum.
