摘　　要：我国基础教育一直紧随时代步伐,有序改革、不断创新,近年来取得可喜的成绩。可对比国内外教育管理的模式,中国传统学校管理的"四大弊端"依然存现。造成我国学校管理的弊病是多方面的,结合基础教育管理中一些具体问题,试图探找一些能让教育回归本真的良方。Our country＇ s foundation education has been always following era pace, orderly reform and incessant innovation, and it has achieved remarkable results in recent years. However, in comparison of domestic and foreign education management patterns, the traditional Chinese education management four great drawbacks still exist. Causing our country school management ills is various, this paper is combining some specific problems and trying to find out some can make education return to nature.
