摘　　要：当前地方高校推行应用型人才战略,信息素养教育成为新一轮教学内容和课程体系改革的热点。从大学生信息素养教育的意义出发,阐述信息技术基础的课程理念、教学方法、教学内容及其课程标准。The current implementation of local university applied talents strategy, information literacy education become a new round of teaching contents and curriculum system reform hot spot. This article from the college students＇ information literacy education of the meaning of the article elaborates the information technology foundation the curriculum, teaching methods, teaching content and curriculum standard.
