摘 要:目的:比较水蒸气蒸馏法(WSD)和顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)对提取芳香新塔花中挥发性成分的影响。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法和固相微萃取法提取芳香新塔花药材中挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱法测定。结果:水蒸气蒸馏法处理的芳香新塔花样品获得20种化合物,总含量为89.18%,主要成分为胡薄荷酮(36.27%)、3-甲基-6-(1-甲基亚乙基)-2-环己烯-1-酮(28.12%)、百里酚(5.55%);顶空固相微萃取法获得23种化合物,总含量为92.99%,主要成分为胡薄荷酮(28.38%)、3-甲基-6-(1-甲基亚乙基)-2-环己烯-1-酮(26.31%)、百里酚(9.38%)、(4aS-cis)-2,4a,5,6,7,8,9,9a-八氢-3,5,5-三甲基-9-亚甲基-1H-苯并环庚烯(5.07%)。结论:顶空固相微萃取法用样品量少,提取率高,是提取维药新塔花挥发性成分的理想方法。Objective: To compare WSD and HS-SPME influence on volatile components of Ziziphora clinopodioides. Method: Volatile components of Z.clinopodioides were extracted by methods of WSD and HS-SPME and then analyzed by GC-MS. Result: The results showed that 20 chemical compounds were identified by WSD, and its total content was 89.18%.The main components were pulegone(36.27%), 3-methyl-6-(1-methylethylidene-2-cyclohexen-1-one(28.12%), thymol(5.55%); and 23 chemical compounds were identified by HS-SPME, and its total content was 92.99%.The main components are pulegone(28.38%), 3-methyl-6-(1-methylethylidene-2-cyclohexen-1-one(26.31%), thymol(9.38%), 2, 4a, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 9a-octahydro-3, 5, 5-trimethyl-9-1H-benzocycloheptene(5.07%). Conclusion: The HS-SPME method is the best with less sample usage and higher extraction rate for extracting volatile composition from Z.clinopodioides.
