摘　　要：本文提出了一种综合应用层次分析法和数据包络分析法选择虚拟企业伙伴的框架。首先分析了选择虚拟企业伙伴时所要考虑的众多因素 ;然后提出了一种用于选择伙伴的框架 ,该框架应用层次分析法处理伙伴选择过程中所遇到的定性因素的相对重要性评价问题 ,应用数据包络分析法处理含定性和定量因素的各种伙伴组合方案的排序问题 ;A framework for selecting partness of virtual enterprises is proposed by combining the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) with the data envelopment analysis (DEA). Many factors which need to be considered in the case of selecting partners of virtual enterprises are analyzed firstly. Then a framework for selecting partners is proposed where evaluating relative improtance of qualitative factors are performed by means of AHP,and selecting effective combination of partners with qualitative and quantitative inputs and outputs is processed by DEA. Finally the framework is used to select a partner of a virtual enterprise demonstratively.
