摘　　要：为全面把握创意人才的发展现状和未来研究的重点,对培养优秀创意人才有所借鉴,对国内外学者关于创意人才的内涵、特征、胜任力、培养以及我国创意人才现状等方面的研究进行梳理与评析,提出创意人才的成长环境体系构建、通用胜任力模型以及创意人才竞争力是今后研究的主要方向。To grasp the developing status and the future research emphasis of creative talents, and to hold lessons to cultivate excellent creative talents, the paper combs and comments the study of domestic and international scholars about connotation, characteristics, the competence, cultivation and present situation in our country of creative talents. Then the paper concludes that the growth environment system, general competency model and competitive power of creative talents are the main research fields in the future.
