摘　　要：目的:探讨线粒体基因13513G>A突变与海洛因海绵状白质脑病的关系。方法:采用限制性片段长度多态性RFLP技术,分析36例急性期海洛因海绵状白质脑病患者线粒体基因13513G>A突变情况。结果:6例(16.7%)海洛因海绵状白质脑病患者线粒体基因13513G>A突变。结论:线粒体基因13513G>A突变情况导致线粒体功能障碍,在海洛因海绵状白质脑病发病过程中可能起到一定的作用。Objective To investigate the relationship of heroin spongiform leucoencephalopathy and mitochondrial gene 13513G 〉 A mutation. Methods The mitochondrial gene 13513G 〉 A mutation was analyzed in 36 cases heroin spongiform leucoencephalopathy with RFLP. Results 16.7% mutation of the mitochondrial gene 13513G 〉 A in 36 cases heroin spongiform leucoencephalopathy was discovered. Conclusion The mutation of the mitochondrial gene 13513G 〉 A can result the respiratory chain complex [ deficiency of mitochondria and has role in pathogenesis of heroin spongiform leucoencephalopathy.
