摘 要:为提高黑木耳秋季耳片生长温度,延长黑木耳生长期,改善产品质量、产量,实验采用塑料薄膜简易棚的5种处理方式,并对东北黑木耳秋季出耳影响进行研究。结果表明,上盖塑料膜,四周遮挡高45 cm的塑料布处理组出耳芽快,耳片生长速度快、整齐,感染杂菌少,产量最高,平均产量达33.13 g.袋-1,比对照产量增加12.8%。To increase growth temperature of fruit body, prolong growth period and improve product yield and quality, the effect of five different cultivation methods in simple plastic shed on fruit body growth of Auricularia auricula-judae in autumn were stud- ied. The results showed the cultivation method covered with plastic film on the roof and sheltered 45 em high plastic cloth all a- round was the best. Under the condition, Auricularia auricula grew rapidly and tidily, less infected by other pathogens. Moreover, the yield was the highest. The average yield with 33.13 g per bag increased by 12. 8% compared with the control.
