摘  要:男教师作为幼儿园的新生师资力量,不论对幼儿还是幼儿园的发展都发挥着独特的积极作用。然而,幼儿园的男教师人少、比例太低,存在职业年龄短、流失率高、职业认同度低等生存问题。影响男教师生存的主要因素是:男教师的社会地位偏低,大中专院校对男教师的培养机制不够完善,男教师自身的知识与能力结构的限制。因此,应通过媒体宣传,调整社会对"男阿姨"的看法;加大政府的关注力度,完善培养机制;男教师要努力提高自身知识能力结构,转变职业观念。Male preschool teachers, new teachers in the kindergarten, play a unique and positive role both in the work of kindergarten. and the development of the kindergarten. However, the shortage of male preschool teachers, the low proportion, the short professional age, the high draining rate,and the low professional identity are the survival troubles of male preschool teachers. The main factors affecting male preschool teachers' survival are the low social status, the imperfect cultivation mechanism of male teachers in the college and the limitations of their abilities and knowledge. Therefore, we should adjust the view of the "male aunt" in the society through the media; strengthen the focus of the government on male preschool teachers and improve the cultivation mechanism. Meanwhile male preschool teachers should improve their knowledge structure and change their concept of career.
