社会支持对美沙酮维持治疗者心理健康的影响

摘　　要：目的:考察美沙酮维持治疗对毒品依赖者社会支持和心理健康水平的影响,探析美沙酮维持治疗者社会支持和心理健康的关系。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和社会支持量表对374例美沙酮维持治疗者进行调查分析。结果:美沙酮维持治疗者除了躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁和敌对因子以外,SCL-90的总分和各因子在治疗时间上差异显著;社会支持总分、主观支持和客观支持的得分随服药时间的增长而增加;社会支持与心理健康的性别差异显著;社会支持和心理健康存在部分相关。结论:美沙酮维持治疗将有效的改善美沙酮维持治疗者的心理健康水平和社会支持状况,美沙酮维持治疗者的社会支持状况对心理健康产生影响。Objective： To investigate the methadone maintenance treatment influence on social support and psychological health level of drug dependent patients. To explore the relationship between social support and mental health among the methadone maintenance treatment outpatient. Methods：The Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL - 90 ） and Social Support Scale were investigated among 374 methadone maintenance treatment outpatient. Results：Except the scores of somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and hostility factor, the methadone maintenance treatment outpatient＇ Symptom Checklist 90 （ SCL - 90） factors showed significant difference on treatment time. With the treatment prolonged, social support total score, subjective support and objective support growth too. There was also significant gender differences in the scores of social support and mental health. There was significant correlation between social support and mental health. Conclusion： Methadone maintenance treatment will effectively improve methadone maintenance treatment dependent＇mental health level and the social support status. The social support of methadone maintenance treatment had positive impact on mental health.
