摘　　要：调查发现,地方高校法学专业实践教学受专业设置规律和学校定位的特殊性影响。科学的实践教学理念尚未形成;科学的实践教学运行体系尚待研究建构;适应实践教学要求的师资队伍还有待建设等构成地方高校法学实践教学的基本现状。对此,须从实践教学的教育教学理念、实践教学运行体系、教学师资的培训和教学模式等方面,推进高等教育教学改革。According to investigation, teaching rules and university orientation affect the practical teaching of law specialty in the local university. At present, as far as the practical teaching of law specialty in the local university is concerned, scientific concepts is not still changed, scientific operation system of the practical teaching is not still constructed, teaching staff construction meeting demands of the practical teaching is constructing. So speed up teaching reform, from the aspect of practical teaching idea,operation system of the practical teaching, teaching staff construction, practical teaching pattern.
