摘　　要：图书馆作为一个国家的文化中心、信息中心、知识中心,需要进一步发展来适应时代进步。身为引导者的图书馆员则肩负着更大的责任与使命,要求具备更高的职业素质。我国图书馆员职业化建设过程存在着某些障碍,应从明确图书馆员职业性、构建图书馆员职业化资格认证制度、大力提高图书馆员职业素质三方面加强我国图书馆员职业化建设。Library as a national cultural center, information center, information center, need further de- velopment to adapt to the times. A guide of librarians is the greater responsibility and mission, and need to have higher occupation quality. As for the obstacles, recommendations were put forward from the clear librarian occupation, construction of librarian occupation qualification certification system, improving the Librarians＇ occupation quality three aspects to strengthen our librarian construction of occupation.
