摘　　要："90后"医学生人生观、价值观呈现多元化,勇于接受挑战,做事情严谨认真,有责任心,但部分医学生集体意识不强,人际关系网络化,抗挫折能力差。其原因在于优越条件对大学生思想政治素质产生了一定的负面影响以及片面的家庭教育与网络的不良影响。对此,高校应将思想政治教育与伦理教育相结合,加强对"90后"医学生的医德教育,同时,应坚持以学生为本,注重人文关怀。The outlook on life, the values of the post-90s medical students show diversity, they are brave to face challenge, do things seriously, with responsibility, but lack of collective consciousness, have interpersonal network and poor anti -frustration ability. The reason is that the market economy has negative effects on college students＂ ideological and political quality, one - sided family education and network effects. Thus, the college should combine the ideological and political education and ethical education, strengthen the post -90s medical students＂ medical ethics education, students oriented and pay attention to humanistic care.
