摘  要:通过广泛的企业调研,充分考虑地方经济对人才培养的需求,经过反复论证,开发了以"教学工厂"为平台,以典型零件数控加工和数控机床维修的实际工作内容为载体的"项目化"人才培养模式,确定数控技术专业培养方向分为两个方向(一个是数控加工方向,一个是数控维修方向),从课程体系、教学内容、教学方法等方面进行教学改革,积极开展卓有成效的实践探索,学生的实践动手能力、创新精神和职业素质有了很大提高。Through extensive business survey, repeated argumentation and thorough consideration of local economic demand for talent training, the author has developed a project-oriented pattern in which the teaching plant serves as a platform and typical CNC machining, and maintenance a carrier. Meanwhile he has determined two orientations for CNC majors: machining and maintenance. A pedagogical reform has been carried out in aspects including curriculum system, teaching content and methods..As a result of this active, practical and fruitful exploration, the hands-on capability, the creative spirit and the professional qualities of the students have been dramatically enhanced.
