基于扎根理论的新生代农民工创业机理研究

摘　　要：本文运用扎根理论,对新生代农民工的创业行为和创业过程进行质性分析,探究新生代农民工的创业机理。结果表明,创业动机是新生代农民工创业的"启动阀",经济性、社会性和成就性动机往往交织在一起,伴随创业资源的获取与创业机会的感知决定新生代农民工的创业模式,生存型创业是新生代农民工创业的主导模式,但也不乏抓住机会、寻找市场空白点的机会型创业。This article applies grounded theory to the qualitative analysis of the behavior and the process of new generation entrepreneurship and investigates new generation entrepreneurship mechanism.The results shows that the motivation of entrepreneurship combines economic,social,and achievement motivation,which determines the mode of the entrepreneurship of migrate workers with resource gains and opportunity perception.Necessity-oriented entrepreneurship is the predominant mode of the entrepreneurship of new generation migrate workers,but there is also opportunity-oriented entrepreneurship when opportunities were seized and market blank was spotted.
