摘　　要：以四川省中职学校180名骨干教师作为调查对象,通过问卷调查和访谈的方式,结合中职骨干教师的特点对中职骨干教师的培训方式进行分析,找出存在问题的原因,提出改进策略,为四川省中职骨干教师的培训提供借鉴。Taking 180 excellent teachers in vocational schools in Sichuan Province as a subject, this paper uses the survey of questionnaires and interview and analyzes training form for excellent teachers in secondary vocational education in Sichuan Province and finds out problems. Combined with the characteristics of secondary vocational excellent teachers, the authors give some constructive suggestions for improving the strategy of training form of secondary vocational excellent teacher, which provide a reference for the Sichuan Province secondary vocational excellent teacher training.
