摘 要:如何使外语学习者进行合理的文化身份建构,在跨文化交流中保持自己的民族文化身份并积极传播民族文化是亟需解决的一个重要问题。外语教学应通过强化学习者对本民族优秀传统文化的认识,引导学习者在鉴别中扬弃以及重视与目的文化的理解与沟通,自觉在冲突中走向对话是解决问题的关键。In English teaching, it' s urgent to cultivate English learners cultural identity, so that in cross - cul- tural communication they can maintain their national cultural identity and at the same time spread the traditional culture of their home country actively. The key to achieve this is to develop English learaaers' ability to change the conflict in the cross - cultural communication into dialogue. English learns should first learn to appreciate their home country' s outstanding traditional culture. Then they should know how to develop what is useful or healthy and discard what is not in the foreign culture. At last they should understand the two cultures and impel the communica- tion between them.
