信息技术与远程教育的全面深度融合

摘　　要：随着《教育信息化十年发展规划(2011—2020年)》的颁布以及相关领导人在教育信息化会议上的讲话,教育信息化建设被赋予了新的内涵,信息技术与教育的全面深度融合已经成为教育信息化发展的新要求。结合国家开放大学的建设工作,推进信息技术与远程教育的全面深度融合应视为"办好开放大学"的建设要求,实现教学系统包括课堂教学系统和网上教学系统的结构性变革则是国家开放大学推进信息技术与远程教育全面深度融合的关键所在。As the release of Ten-year Development Plan for Education In f ormatization （2011--2020） and the speeches given by government leaders in the Conference of Education Informatization, education informatization construction is endowed with new connotation and the full-scale and in-depth integration of ICT and education becomes the new requirements of the development of education informatization. Com- bined with the construction of the Open University of China, promoting the full-scale and in-depth integra- tion of ICT and distance education should be regarded as building requirements of ＂running the Open Uni- versity well＂. The realization of structural changes of classroom instruction system and online instruction system should be the key point for the Open University of China to advance the full-scale and in-depth inte- zration of ICT and distance education.
