摘　　要：长沙师范学校作为徐特立亲手创办的百年老校，长期以来坚持把弘扬和传承徐特立教育思想作为立校的根基、永恒的使命。2004年升格为大专以后，学校面对新形势，深入研究徐特立教育思想的基本内容体系，研究新形势下学校弘扬和传承徐特立教育思想的重点内容，创新弘扬和传承徐特立教育思想的有效方式并切实付诸实践，取得了扎实的成效。As a one-century-old school founded by XU Te-li, Changsha Normal College, has been carrying forward and handing down the XU Te-li education thought and has been taking it as the foundation and eternal mission of the school. The school was upgraded to college in 2004. Faced with new situations, the school has further studied the basic content of this education thought system under the new situation, has studied the key content of XU Te-li education thought that the school would inherit and carry forward, has innovated effective way to carry forward and hand down XU Te-li education thought and to put it into practice, and achieved excellent results.
