摘　　要：多元智能理论实践纵深推进,教师专业化浪潮方兴未艾。要让学生多元化发展,教师首先要多元化发展。转变教育观念,实施有效教学,成为专家型教师,是多元智能理论对于教师专业发展的方向指引。The practice of multiple intelligence theory is developing, while teachers＇ profes- sional development is flourishing. In order to realize students＇ diversified development, teachers should achieve the diversified development firstly. Multiple intelligence theory ushers in teach-ers＇ professional development by changing education concept, implementing effective teaching and becoming expert teachers.
