正确引导高职工科学生从名著阅读中汲取精神力量

摘　　要：高职学生就是以后各行各业的一线工作人员,或者基层管理人员,他们的素质提升了,也就意味着整个产业工人的素质有了较大的提高。教师应正确引导高职工科学生进行经典名著阅读,并从中汲取精神力量。用前辈人所创造的最美好的精神食粮来滋养下一代,引导他们进行艺术审美和艺术欣赏,提升学生的人文素质,为提高其就业质量和拓展就业空间奠定坚实的基础。Students in higher vocational education will become frontline staff or grass-roots management, whose quality improving means the whole industrial workers＇ quality will improve. Teachers should correctly guide engineering studentsin higher vocational education to readmaster-pieces and absorb spiritual power from it. We should use the best spirit pabulum created by the older generation to feed up the next generation, guide them to appreciate beauty and arts, and improve the humanistic quality of the students, in order to lay a solid foundation for them to improve the employ-ment quality and expandemployment space.
