《汽车制造工艺学》教学模式探析

摘　　要：《汽车制造工艺学》是汽车制造专业的一门专业课程。对汽车零部件制造工艺进行综合分析,提出加工过程中如何改善零、部件质量,提高劳动生产率和降低成本的工艺途径。教学中应形成以工作项目导向的教学模式,突出实用性与系统性,达到知识的综合应用具有相融性和有机性结合,培养学生理论联系实际和独立分析工艺问题的能力,独立完成汽车典型零件的工艺路线制定和一般机床夹具的设计的能力,为毕业设计及今后从事企业专业工作打好基础。Automobile Manufacture Technology is one of the automobile manufacturing special-ized courses. It comprehensively analyzes autoparts manufacturing process, puts forward approaches onhowtoimprove the quality of parts in the machiningprocess, improve labor productivity and reduce the cost. Aproject oriented teaching mode shouldbe formed in teaching, practicality and systematic-hess should be focused on, comprehensive application of knowledge should be integrated and organic, it should cultivate students＇ ability of integrating theorywithpractice and the ability of indepen-dentlyanalyzing technology problems, the ability of independently completing the process route of typical parts and the ability of designing general machine tool fixtures. It should lay a solid foun- dationforstudents＇ graduation design and their future work in the enterprise.
