摘 要:地方师范院校创新青年教师培养模式是改革教学管理办法、提高师资队伍水平的一种尝试。忻州师范学院始终站在战略高度看待青年教师的培养问题,开拓思路,积极探索,并充分发挥各系部与教学督导室的作用,把督导、集体培训和竞赛选拔等方法结合起来,有效地帮助青年教师尽快熟悉教学业务,保证了教学质量。同时,通过课程建设和科研立项等长效机制,把青年教师的培养纳入教学、科研的常规管理,稳步提高其教学与科研水平,为建设一支高质量的师资队伍做好基础工作。To improve the teaching management and promote the level of teaching staff, it is necessary for local normal universities to make an attempt to innovate the pattern of training young teachers. Xinzhou Normal College has always treated the training of young teachers with a strategic vision and creative thinking. Through active exploration, it fully plays the role of departments and teaching supervision office, combining the methods of supervision, collective training and se- lection through competition in order to help effectively young teachers to get familiar with the teaching work as soon as pos- sible, thus ensuring the teaching quality. Meanwhile, through the long-term mechanism of curriculum construction and sci- entific research projects, the training of young teachers is integrated entific research, steadily improving their .teaching and research into the conventional management of teaching and sci- ability. This is the foundation work for building up ahigh-quality teaching staff.
