“许三多”的成长对高职教育的启示

摘　　要：基础较差的生源对于高职院校高素质高技能应用型人才的培养目标的实现产生一定影响。《士兵突击》许三多与高职学生有诸多相似之处,本文旨在通过分析许三多的成长经历,对高职素质教育提出具有现实意义的建议。The students＂ poor foundation badly curbs higher vocational institutions＂ tuliillment of its goal ot training hign- quality, high-skilled and application--oriented talents. XU San-duo in the TV play Soldier Sortie shares many similarities with college students. This paper proposes practical suggestions to quality education in higher vocational coUeges by analy- zing growth experience of XU San-duo.
