摘 要:受生物基因理论启发,将企业类比于生命体,将企业文化研究定位于文化基因框架下,这具有理论创新性和时代性。目前,国内外学者对文化基因与企业文化基因理论的研究已初具规模。大家普遍认同,文化是一种具有基因色彩的遗传因子,文化基因是把人类长期积累的共识传承延续的基本单位;而企业文化基因则是被有机整体所认可,自觉或无意识地遵循着,且长期多维性地传承的文化和企业价值观。二者均具有传承复制和变异的特性。这一理论构建为企业文化研究导出一条直观、可循规律的思考路径。Enlightened by the biological genes theory, it is theoretically innovative and timely to take enterprises as a living body and set enterprises' culture study within the framework of culture genes. At present, scholars home and abroad have researched the theories on culture genes and enterprises' culture genes to a certain extent. It is generally believed that culture is a genetic factor of genes traits, that culture genes are the basic units to pass on consensus accumulated in the long history of human beings and that enterprises' culture genes are cultures and enterprises' values accepted by the whole organic body, followed consciously or unconsciously, and long multi-inherited. Both of them have the traits of inheritance and variability. This theory construction has set a direct and regu- lar thinking route for the study of enterprises' culture.
