摘　　要：分析了近年来国内外企业隐性知识研究情况,从企业隐性知识的基本理论、挖掘和获取、转移、共享、评价等方面,综述了相关研究成果,归纳了企业隐性知识研究的特点,并提出存在的问题和未来研究展望。The paper gives a analysis of status quo of researches on enterprise tacit knowledge at home and abroad in recent years, and summarizes research achievements from perspectives of basic theory, mining and acquisition, transfer, sharing and evaluation of en- terprise tacit knowledge, sums up the characteristics of enterprise tacit knowledge, and puts forward its existing problems and prospects for research of the future.
