摘　　要：民办教育是适应社会主义市场经济发展需要的新兴教育形式,是惠及民生的公益性事业,理应获得政府及社会各界的支持和关注。政府以财政资助的方式支持民办教育,既是民办教育持续发展的必要条件,也是政府引导和调控民办教育的重要手段。注重并逐步提高绩效是民办教育发展的重要特征,也是财政资助民办教育的目标之一。构建科学合理的评价体系和行之有效的监督机制是强化民办教育绩效管理的现实途径。The non - government funded education, a new education form fitting in the economic development of socialist market and a public welfare, should be supported and paid attention to by the government and various fields of the society. The financial support for the non - government funded education from the government is the necessary condition for the sustainable development of the non - government funded education and a guiding and regulating measuer of the edueation. Focusing on and improving the performance of the non -government funded edueation are the characteristics of the development of the education and one of the goals for the financial support from the government. The practical approach to strengthening the management of performance of non - government funded education is to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluating system.
