职业院校学生职业素养的调查与分析

摘　　要：校企合作是职业院校培养高素质一线技能人才的重要模式。但一些职业院校对培养学生职业素养的重要性还缺乏足够的认识,以致所培养的学生职业素养偏低,不能很快适应企业文化,无法实现学生与企业的无缝对接。职业院校应加强与企业的合作,制定相应的人才培养目标,引进先进的企业文化、工业文化,更加注重学生职业素养教育,更好地实现校企先进文化对接,培养出符合企业需要的高素质人才。School-enterprise cooperation is an important mode of vocational schools to train high-quality first-line skilled personnel, but the importance of students＇ professionalism is limited in the process of personnel training. The students＇ professionalism level is low, students can not adapt to the corporate culture quickly, which to some extent hindered the seamless connection of students and enterprises. Vocation- al institutions should strengthen cooperation with enterprises, develop appropriate personnel training objectives, introduce corporate culture, industrial culture, pay more attention to the students＂ vocational literacy education, achieve the advanced culture docking, and meet the business needs of cooperation.
