摘  要:CBL与PBL教学法两者相结合,以学习理论为基础,重视能力培养,提高团队合作精神。通过总结CBL+PBL教学模式在皖南医学院2007级临床医学专业实习生临床培养阶段的教学效果、考核成绩,认为该教学模式对于医学生临床学习具有可行性,增强了学生的学习兴趣和学习的主动性,有利于提高学生分析、解决临床问题的能力,值得提倡与推广。Case-based learning and problem-based learning are incorporated into clinical teaching on basis of learning theory to cultivate the learning ability and team-work of students. This paper summarizes the experience of systematic application of the two approaches to clinical teaching of gynecology and obstetrics in students majoring in clinical medicine, enrolled in Wannan Medical College in 2007 in their intern session. The findings pertaining to the academic achievement and command of professional skills suggest that integrated use of the two methods is not only feasible ,but also has stimulated the interest and active learning of students ,which is favorably to improve the learners with their ability to inquire and solve problems in learning, and is thus worthy of wider application in clinical teaching.
