摘　　要：在西部计划中,一些大学生无法真正融入接收单位中,组织支持和情感承诺缺失,以及优惠政策没能兑现等,导致出现大学生工作消极、情绪低落等一系列问题。为此,要以大学生人生理想为导向构建理念型心理契约;以大学生职业发展为契机构建成长型心理契约;以大学生人文关怀为中心构建关系型心理契约。In volunteer service program for Western regions, some students are not really integrated into work units. Problems of lacking organizational support and emotional commitment as well as failure in carrying out preferential policies lead to students＇ negative attitude and low spirit in work. Therefore, we should build up 1 ） ideology-oriented psychological contract to guide their ideals in life, 2） growth-oriented psychological contract for their vocational development, and 3） relation-oriented psychological contract through humanistic care of the students.
