摘　　要：《高等学校教师职业道德规范》要求高校教师"以人才培养、科学研究、社会服务和文化传承创新为己任",这同样是对高职教师的职责要求。高职教师应将开展科学研究作为基本职责之一,勇于探索,勤于思考,求真务实,深入实践,服务社会,在产学研合作中走出各具特色的科研创新之路。University Teachers＇ Professional Ethics requires that university teachers should hold the duties ofpersonnel training, scientific research, social services and innovation of cultural heritage, which is the same of vo- cational teachers. Vocational teachers should view carrying out scientific research as one of the basic duties, bearing the courage to explore, diligent in thinking, pragmatic, with more in-depth practice and service to the community.
