摘　　要：培养大学生良好的择业心理,帮助大学生树立正确的择业观,对全面推进高校学生健康就业,促进和实现大学生全面发展有着重要意义。应针对大学生择业过程中出现的不良心理及其原因进行分析研究,引导大学生运用积极心理学进行积极思维,培养大学生的积极情绪与积极人格,营造积极向上的择业环境等,帮助大学生成功择业和就业。It is vital to develop college students＇ good career psychology and establish a correct concept of occupation for promoting col- lege students＇ employment and all-round development. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and investigate the unhealthy psy- chology during joy-hunting as well as the reasons, guide students to think positively with the use positive psychology. Besides, it is also knportant to cultivate students＇ positive mood and personality and create an active job-hunting environment, so that to help students successfully find theh＂ jobs.
