摘  要:绩效考评是人力资源管理的重要内容,是员工激励和开发的基础,明确绩效的内涵以及选择适当的考评方法是提高绩效考评有效性的前提。本文结合工作的基本特点,集中对绩效的内涵进行深度解析,并总结了绩效考评方法选择的基本理论,提出了工作类型-考评方法的匹配关系,并在此基础上探讨考评方法的选择,以期厘清认识,增强绩效考评的有效性。Performance appraisal is an indispensible part of human resource management,and it is also the basis for the employees’ motivation and development.Ascertaining the implication of performance and selecting proper performance evaluation methods are the preconditions to enhance effectiveness of performance evaluation.This paper deeply explained the definition of performance based on the analysis of jobs’ characteristics and systematically concluded the principal theory for selecting performance evaluation methods,and then the matching relations between job types and performance evaluation methods were put forward,finally,on the exploration above,it concretely discussed the selection of performance evaluation methods,which is help for understanding job performance and enhancing the effectiveness of performance appraisal.
