摘　　要：本文针对当前军队院校发展现实，以全面提高军队院校学员能力素质为目标，对第二课堂活动的实施作了概括性总结，并从科学设置内容、严格落实制度、发挥骨干作用等方面对第二课堂活动进行了深入探讨。This article in view of the current military academy development reality, so as to improve the overall quality of military academy students ability as the goal, the implementation of the second classroom activities are summarized, and from the scientific content, strictly implement the system, play a key role in detail on the second class activities.
