知识网络下的集群企业创新绩效研究

摘　　要：集群企业创新成为国家和区域经济发展的主要推动力,知识网络是集群企业创新的资源平台。文章首先探讨了集群企业创新中的竞争、合作与创新特点;其次重点研究了知识网络下集群企业创新绩效影响因素及指标维度,构建了影响过程模型;最后对上海张江IT集群企业进行了实证分析,运用SEM进行检验,得出集群企业学习能力、知识网络特征和网络能力正向影响创新绩效的结果,为集群企业知识网络的构建提供了发展的方向和思路。Knowledge networks become resource platforms for cluster enterprises to innovate, it is the key question for cluster enterprises to improve their innovation performance. Firstly, the paper introduces the competition and cooperation among cluster enterprises, analyzes the characters of these enterprises. Secondly, it constructs a process model of innovation performance for cluster enterprises in knowledge network. In this model, the paper discusses the different dimensions for every influencing factor. Thirdly, it has a empirical research on innovation performance of cluster enterprises. At last, it draws a conclusion that enterprises learning ability, the characters of knowledge network and network ability positively affect the innovation performance, it provides a method to development new knowledge network for cluster enterprises.
