摘　　要：本文介绍了东北石油大学继续教育学院通过从独立的管理体制和优良的管理队伍、结构合理的师资队伍、产学研相结合的教育机制和课程设置体系四个方面形成的办学特色,得出了继续教育学院进一步深化校企合作的建议。In this paper, we introduced the school-running characteristics of Northeast Petroleum University Adult （Continue） Education College from independent management system and excellent management team, reasonable faculty, industry-college-research combination system and curriculum setup system four aspects, and obtained some suggestions for further deepening school and enterprise cooperation.
