关于提高高校图书馆地位及馆员薪酬待遇的思考

摘　　要：高校图书馆是学校教学和科研的重要支柱,但在现实中远没有得到应有的重视。由于缺乏职业准入制度及经费投入严重不足等原因,使高校图书馆员没有得到应有的待遇和社会地位而成为高校中的弱势群体。通过对高校图书馆及馆员的发展现状进行研究,并以江苏省高校为例,提出了改善高校图书馆员社会地位及薪酬的具体建议。University library is an important support for university＇s teaching and scientific research, but in reality it did not get the due attention. The lack of standardized vocational certification system and the serious shortage of investment funds and other reasons make university librarians do not get proper treatment and social status, and become vulnerable groups in university. Based on the study on the development status of the university library and librarians, and taking universities in Jiangsu Province as the example, this paper presents some specific suggestions on improving university librarians＇ social status and remuneration.
