摘　　要：个性化教学是新课程改革所倡导的一种教学理念。在个性化教学理念下,教师具有个性化的教,学生具有个性化的学,是个性化教学活动的统一。个性化教学在教学实践中取得了一定的成绩,同时,其中的问题与不足也共同存在,为此,我们需要探索推进个性化教学的新路,以便更好地实现个性化教学。Personalized teaching is a teaching philosophy advocated by the new curriculum reform. In the eyes of personalized teaching philosophy, teachers should carry out personalized teaching and students should carry out personalized learning, so it is the unity of personalized teaching and learning activities. Personalized teaching has made certain achievements in teaching practice, at the same time, the problems and inadequacies co - exist. Therefore, we need to explore strategies in order to better achieve personalized teaching.
