接受美学视角下的中英双关对比研究

摘　　要：英语的Pun与汉语的双关语是英汉两种语言中相互对应的修辞格,都是增强语言艺术魅力的重要手段。对于Pun和双关的研究已有不少,但研究视角多拘泥于涵义、归类及用法功能的差异对比上。鉴于此,本文将从接受美学的理论视角,对英汉双关语的美学特质进行剖析,阐明其异同,以期为该领域的探索做些铺路之功。Pun in English is the counterpart of Shuangguan,a figure of speech in Chinese,both being an important rhetoric means to add to the artistic charm of the expression.There are sufficient previous researches into pun and Shuangguan,but their perspectives are usually confined to a contrast of the definitions,classifications,usage as well as functions of them.In view of this,from the perspective of Receptive Aesthetics,the thesis probes into the Aesthetic qualities of pun and Shuangguan,revealing their differences,with the hope of offering some paving stones for further studies in the field.
