地方本科院校实践教学体系构建刍议

摘　　要：地方本科院校的实践教学环节存在着实践教学与理论教学脱节,实践教学内容不符合人才培养目标定位,实践教学方法陈旧、教学效果不明显,实践教学管理落后、评价机制缺失等诸多问题,必须通过完善教学体系予以解决。地方本科院校实践教学体系要围绕体现高校特色发展、适应区域经济发展和促进教学资源整合三大原则,从实践教学的目标体系、内容体系、运行体系、条件体系和评价体系等五个方面进行构建,注重落实以实践教学经费为重点的保障措施。Local universities are trapped in problems related to practice teaching,such as practice teaching being out of line with theory teaching,practice teaching content failing to comply with the positioning of personnel training,the practice teaching methods being outdated,and many others.All these problems can only be solved through improving the teaching system the construction of which must obey three principles,namely,it should embody the uniqueness of local universites,adapt to the regional economic development and promote the integration of the teaching resources.Specifically,importance must be attached to five aspects：the target of practice teaching,the content,the operation,the conditions,and the evaluation.The funding for practice teaching is an important part of the supporting system.
