贫困地区师范院校教师培养新模式的探索与实践——以忻州师范学院为例

摘　　要：文章在对贫困地区师资队伍结构进行分析研究的基础上,指出贫困地区新建师范类院校师资队伍中存在的几个主要问题:教师数量不足,教学任务过重;师资队伍结构不合理,旧校合并而来的老教师知识体系陈旧;新进招聘的新教师非师范专业者居多,急需进行教师教育强化培训;新老教师在梯队建设中有断层现象等。笔者以忻州师范学院教师培养的实践为例提出了一些教师培养培训的新探索,对地方师范院校师资队伍建设具有较强的实践意义。This article analyzises and points out some problems of teaching staff structure in newly built normal universities in poor areas,such as shortage of teachers,heavy burden of teaching task,unreasonable structure of staff,out-of-date knowledge system of older teachers from merger,a lot of non normal majors among the newly recruited teachers,a fault in echelon formation.All these require reinforced teacher training.The author takes Xinzhou Teachers＇ University as an example and explores a new way of teacher training,which may privide some practical significance for the construction of teaching staff in local normal universities.
