摘 要:针对一种高机动性越野车,设计了一种刚度阻尼可调的油气悬架,介绍了该悬架的结构及工作原理,建立了刚度和阻尼的非线性数学模型,并对其阻尼阀进行了详细介绍及建模。介绍了此油气悬架的刚度与阻尼调节机理,在油液工作压力达到一定值时,实现两级刚度之间的转换;通过控制电磁阀的通断电可以实现阻尼的三级可调,并通过台架试验验证了刚度和阻尼调节的可行性。将阻尼力仿真结果与台架试验进行对比,验证了所建立的阻尼阀数学模型的正确性。A hydro-pneumatic suspension with adjustable stiffness and damping was designed for a high mobility off-road vehicle. The structure and working principles were introduced. The complex nonlinear mathematical models of stiffness and damping were built up, and the model of damping valve was developed mainly. The adjustment principles of stiffness and damping were described. The conversion between two stiffness step was achieved when the oil pressure reached a certain value. Three-step damping was available to be adjusted by controlling the on/off solenoid valve. The characteristics of adjustable stiffness and damping were verified by the bench test. The simulation results of damping force agree with the bench test data, which shows the correctness of the mathematical model of damping valve.
